Hi, I’m Anne!

Your ADHD-specialist
mind-body practitioner
& lifestyle coach

After years of living life on autopilot, constantly ‘doing’, pushing myself and unknowingly feeding myself from dopamine-inducing activities, I started reconnecting with my body and discovering the essence of ‘being’.

My approach includes the following principles:

  • breathing and meditation practices;

  • self-compassion and self-acceptance;

  • how to realign my clients’ superfast brain with their body;

  • embodied practices to develop physical and emotional self-regulation;

  • solutions to manage hyperfocus;

  • lifestyle practices supportive of ADHD based on expert research in sleep, nutrition, exercise and ADHD management;

  • lifestyle behaviour change plans.

ADHD – my special gift

I was 43 when I was diagnosed with ADHD. It was the missing piece of the puzzle that helped me make sense of who I was, understand my strengths, struggles and differences.

Using the knowledge of this brain difference, combined with the various methods and practices I had learnt, I started redesigning my life to support my needs and optimise my potential.

Thanks to those adjustments, life has become much more enjoyable and I can tap into my various skills and techniques to deal more effectively with the symptoms of ADHD when they arise.

The holistic ADHD woman brings all my knowledge and lived experience to the service of other uniquely-gifted individuals so they too can reconnect with their body, learn to self-regulate, manage their emotions better and redesign their life so their unique talents work for them, not against them.

  • "Your true value as a coach stems from your passion to help people transform their lives and the phenomenal diversity of your skills but together with your previous rich work/life experience, your drive to keep on learning and acquiring further qualifications - all these elements make you extremely effective in addressing different clients' needs with appropriate tools, never with a 'one size fits all'."
