For most of my life, I felt like I didn't fit in. I spent years enduring and reacting to life's events, feeling constantly drained by a mind that wouldn't slow down.


My own turning point came from realising that coping mechanisms weren't enough. Despite trying all the classic strategies, the deep exhaustion and inner unrest persisted because the root causes—the trauma, the nervous system dysregulation, the lack of self-forgiveness—were still there.


My deepest desire is to provide the safe, trauma-informed space you need to finally untangle that knot. I don't just teach you organisation; I connect with you exactly where you are and guide you on a journey of deep, holistic healing so you can stop fighting your unique self and truly start to flourish.

My ADHD diagnosis at 43 finally helped me understand my brain's strengths and struggles. Using my learned mind-body practices, I redesigned my life for enjoyment and optimised my potential.
