Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
From Overwhelm
to Clarity and Ease
Are you struggling with the intensity of the ADHD experience?
If your inner life is defined by any of the following:
Chronic tension, stress, or emotional blocks that fuel executive dysfunction.
Emotions that swing quickly from intensity to exhaustion.
A persistent, exhausting feeling of "never quite regulated" and “never quite in control.”
EFT offers a powerful path to immediate relief and long-term regulation.
EFT, also known as ‘Tapping’, is a powerful, gentle tool I utilise to help highly sensitive clients release what’s holding them back, reduce emotional reactivity, and feel more at ease and flow in their body and mind.
This is a gentle and safe practice, even if you are completely new to it. I will always be there with you, guiding you through each step.
I observe your micro-movements and pay close attention to the subtle cues your body gives me, allowing me to fully support you through whatever comes up.
Your body will never give you more than you are ready to handle, and with EFT, you are always in complete control of the pace and depth of the work.
A Safe Practice, Even for Beginners
Your End Goal:
Clarity, Freedom,
& Self-Acceptance
Felt In The Body
EFT works on the three interconnected layers of your experience—physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts—to facilitate profound emotional clearing and transformation. Ultimately, this practice allows you to:
Feel lighter, freer, and more grounded in your body.
Gain immediate clarity and perspective on persistent struggles.
Move toward self-acceptance and inner calm, dramatically improving emotional regulation.
Step into a place of clarity, freedom, ease, and profound
self-acceptance.
Untangling the Emotional Knot: What We Work On
Many of the struggles you experience daily—the procrastination, the self-criticism, the feeling of chaos—are rooted in deeply held emotional blocks. By connecting the dots between your body sensations, emotions, and thoughts, we gently untangle stuck patterns.
Through the combination of my guidance and the powerful effects of EFT,
we release what no longer serves your true potential, shift limiting beliefs,
and integrate inner wounds.
Symptoms We Address
Internal tension that creates chaos and drains your energy.
Crippling self-criticism and feelings of being stuck.
Intense emotional responses like extreme anger or extreme sadness that are disproportionate to the situation.
Difficult or triggering situations that keep you emotionally charged.
EFT brings healing to the underlying roots of these symptoms, including:
Limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in cycles of shame.
Insecure attachment patterns from childhood and their impact on present-day behaviour.
Inner child wounds from long ago that impact your emotional responses even today.
Conflicting parts of yourself that cause internal struggle.
